Shared Stillness is a guided couples massage workshop designed to help partners slow down, reconnect, and learn simple, grounding touch techniques they can use at home.
This is a fully clothed, educational experience — not a couples massage session and not therapy. You’ll be guided through safe, trauma-informed partner massage basics with a focus on consent, pacing, and nervous-system regulation.
The workshop is calm, structured, and intentionally contained, making it accessible even for couples who are new to bodywork or hesitant around touch.
