Pre-Appointment Guidelines
Your time at Aesthetically Suite is designed to be a sanctuary — a space where you can pause, reconnect, and receive care without hurry or judgment. To ensure your experience is as smooth and nurturing as possible, please review the following before your visit:
1. Complete Your Forms:
All new and returning clients must complete the appropriate intake and consent forms before their appointment. This allows your practitioner to tailor the session to your individual needs and comfort levels.
2. Arrive Mindfully:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to ground, breathe, and settle into the space. This ensures you receive your full session time and can begin your treatment with calm presence.
3. Communication is Key:
Your comfort is a priority. You are invited to communicate at any time — whether you need an adjustment in pressure, temperature, touch, or positioning. Every session is a collaborative experience based on safety and trust.
4. Energy Preparation (Optional):
If receiving an energy or healing service, consider setting an intention or journaling briefly before your visit to open yourself to the process.
5. Honor Boundaries:
Aesthetically Suite is a trauma-informed space. You are never required to share more than you wish. Consent and comfort guide every aspect of your care.
Post-Appointment Care
After your session, give your body, mind, and spirit time to integrate the work that’s been done.
1. Hydrate Well:
Drink plenty of water to support detoxification and energy flow.
2. Rest & Reflect:
Your body may continue processing and releasing energy after your session. Allow yourself quiet time, gentle movement, or journaling to help integrate the experience.
3. Nourish Lightly:
Eat grounding foods and avoid alcohol or heavy meals for a few hours afterward, if possible.
4. Continue Care:
Your practitioner may suggest home rituals, skincare routines, or grounding exercises to extend the benefits of your treatment.
5. Emotional Release:
It’s normal to feel lighter, tired, or more emotional after healing work. Be gentle with yourself and reach out if you have questions or need support integrating your session.
Policies & Procedures
To maintain a calm, respectful, and professional space for all clients, please review the following studio policies:
Scheduling & Deposits:
A valid card or deposit is required to secure your booking. All appointments are reserved especially for you.
Cancellations:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Appointments canceled or changed within 24 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service total.
No-Shows:
A missed appointment without notice will be charged the full session rate.
Late Arrivals:
A 15-minute grace period is provided when possible. However, sessions must end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment.
Refunds:
Services are non-refundable once rendered. Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled session if adequate notice is given.
Professional Conduct:
Aesthetically Suite upholds a safe, trauma-informed, and strictly professional environment. Inappropriate behavior or boundary violations will result in the immediate termination of the session and future services.
Confidentiality:
All personal information and discussions shared during sessions are held in confidence. Your privacy and comfort are always respected.
